Netled between the Mountains of Himalayas in Lahaul and Spiti there is crescent shaped lake called Chandrataal. It’s not easy to reach there . A long and tough journey through a very rough terrain ends up in a parking place from where you will have to walk around 2.5 kms to reach the lake. This the first glimpse of the lake you will get and this view will suck all tiredness from your body.
For me it was especially sweet as I cycled to place!
